My first time with the chainsaw I bought for the "end of the world" in December 2012! I choose the flooring, fix the garage door, 3C Construction starts replacing the fence and I finally book the electrician! Oh, and my hubbie gets in on the action with his handy paint brushwork.

This deal came my way through a wholesaler. I am on his list and thenumbers made sense so I had a looksee! I had 2 weeks to get some private money, but was able to find my angel investor in a couple of days and we closed earlier than contracted so we were on our way. It's a really nice neighborhood. Pretty central. Well built just very dated with wood paneling and fabric as the main wall decor. Outdated electrical. The roof is in good condition and there are no foundation issues. There are 4 bedrooms, a large eat in kitchen and a den that was added on who knows when. There is a garage conversion.....Well, enough about that, you'll see what happens. Warts and all!! |
